However, with Client's permission, I may use Client’s progress pictures and de-identified testimonials in marketing materials. Training, nutrition and diet plans produced for Client shall not be reproduced or shared in their entirety. 

Upon purchase & submitting Client Intake Form, you (Client) agree to open (yet private) communication regarding diet and/or training plans, and agree that Executive Fit Life and/or Mike Hines' recommendations should never replace the advice of a medical professional or physician. By checking "yes" on form you agree that you are voluntarily participating in the services requested and assume all risk of injury or loss that might result, and to hold Executive Fit Life/Mike Hines harmless.
